As a former market research executive for a leading weight loss and nutrition company, I spent 9 years studying diets and dieters. As a researcher, I wanted to understand why most diets and diet programs failed in helping people lose weight and keep it off.  This burning question led me to pursue a Nutrition and Healthy Living certification from Cornell and an Integrative Health Coaching Certification from Duke University.

As a researcher and Health Coach, I’ve learned that commercial diets and diet programs fail due to the following reasons: first, they are not customized to your unique biological needs, next they are not based on your lifestyle, and finally they are not connected to your life goals

As your health coach, we will work together to develop a plan just4u.  This plan will be a dynamic plan based on ongoing diagnostics and strategic adjustments to fit your unique biological needs, lifestyle, and health goals.
